I haven't written any real post in awhile that's just because almost one week ng busted ang pc ko. argh! Sabi nga ni Shobe, ang mga "nakaw na sandali" sa pantry ay kulang haha..Anyways, I had a great weekend!....

Last Saturday, I got a text from Rj reminding us about the Battle of the Bands event sa place nya kung saan guest performer ang aming beloved friends SHAMROCK! hahaha... I SMSed Ruz and asked her if she could pick me up sa office para sabay na lang kami pumunta sa event. She said okay! =)

Fast Forward....

We finally arrived sa venue ng event. Man! was I suprised? Almost everyone was wearing black! I opted to wear blue because my "shining, shimmering, splendid" shoes" (that's how my friends call it) doesnt match my black tee. haha!  I'm so vain.

Everyone on the event has this same aura na pra bang gusto isigaw sa buong mundo, "RAKISTA AKO!!!" ...Music was too loud. We had to shout on top of our lungs para lang marinig ang isa't isa...very typical sa isang rock scene. But hey, the cool thing was, we were actually hanging out with one of my friends' mom (Kuya Emil's Nanay)  hehe...she really didnt mind just how crazy, noisy and weird the people and music were...she was having a good time. =) She was so damn proud of Mike dahil sikat na ang Shamrock ngayon. COOLNESS.

We didnt finished the event.  After mag-perform ng Shamrock we decided to go to Lea's place and hangout. The guys were inviting us to their next gig, sa Soundstage ulit!!! We refused to go kasi hindi na kaya ng powers namin.

Twas supposed to be bonding time for us sa bahay ni Lea but I was too sleepy and exhausted. Nakatulog ako Zzz. (Sorry Girls). They woke me up around midnite coz Ruzelle's friend picked us up para kamain sa labas. Gawd. Ive been pigging out the whole day.

Haaaay sobrang nakakapagod ang araw na 'to BUT I so enjoyed it. =p

It was our last day in Applied Learning nung Saturday. Huling araw sa Team Eagles. Weird kasi kung sa CCT and PST worried kaming hindi mkapasa, this time ayaw pa talaga naming maka-graduate! Sobrang intact na yung batch namin and graduating for us, means magkakahiwa-hiwalay na kami. New Team, New Sched, New DS, New TL.

Feeling ko nga we acted unprofessionally when our Team Manager told us that we passed the A.L.L. kasi we treated it like a bad news. We were even saying our protest in quickcom (our chatroom) We wanted one or two more weeks in A.L.L!

I immediately forgot all the good things that happened that day, kasi nga instead of matuwa pagkatapos ako i-congratulate at i-welcome sa production ng boss ko gusto ko maiyak out of disappointment. I already expected na I would spend one more week in A.L.L. Okay na ako dun. I feel that I still lack product knowledge and I am not that ready to go on floor. Haaay!

But most of all, I would really miss all the times Ive spent with Clearpay 901. Sobrang the best 'tong batch na to. I've never been this happier working in Callcenter. From Culture and Communication Training, to Product Specs, to A.L.L. happy ako coz I know that people from my batch are the kind of people I would want to work with for the rest of my Callcenter career. Yung makakabasa nito would never really understand me, unless ka-batch ko kayo.

WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD!

Yesterday...

I went to Lipa Batangas with Ry, Ria, and Ruz. May mall tour and Shamrock sa Rob Lipa and we wanted to surprise Mike kaya nag road trip kami. :). Aba, hindi lang drums inaatupag ni mike ngayon...nagba-back-up na rin sya. Astig!

Oh yea, kasama pala ulit nila ang Orange and Lemons (hinahanap ko nga ang T.O.P.A.C <-- The Official Party Animal Club kung saan honorary member ang ONL haha! kaso wala sila dun). Yesterday ko lang pla na realized na ONL and Shamrock are both under Universal Records...weird ko bat di ko naisip yun agad to think na lagi magkasama sa gig yung grupo. heehee sorry tao lang!

haaay naku buti na lang we have 2 days off. Atleast I still have time to go out with friends. Aliw talaga to be with these guys! Next weekend nagpaplano naman sila "magbyahe" haha..new term for me. Most of my guy friends from highschool are so into motorbikes! so every weekend palagi pala silang nagbabyahe. Sabi nila aliw daw yun eh and safe naman daw sila mag drive so they wanted me and Ruz to go with them. Si Ria palagi na nila nkakasama so mas masaya daw kung madami kami. Interesting no? makasama nga haha!

Baka maging pangalan ng grupo namin..."Bikers and the Backriders" haha

We were informed that there's a  possibilty na mapunta ulit kami sa 4:30am-1:30pm sched after the A.L.L. SUCKS!!! I am not new to callcenter industry and I am so aware that having crazy sched goes along with it...pero wag naman 4:30 :(  Imagine, i need to wake up really early in the morning, leave the house at 2:30am, meet up with Zai at 3:00am. I'm thankful na meron ako kasabay but still sobrang nakakawindang yung schedule na to!

The only thing that we can do to be able to choose a better sched is to get a freaking puuuuuurfect CSAT score or high QA grade. I just failed my first evaluation, thank you very much! and I don't think I'll be able to finish A.L.L. in 2 weeks. I need more freaking time! This is like my first Customer Service account and I'm still getting used to irate Americans disputing their freaking bills!

I told myself I wont give up this time. Pero with all the things that I need to learn (plans, bills, esn/mdn change, maximize, call flow) with this kind of schedule..I tell you, my mind and my body would prolly not cooperate anymore. I could just faint in the middle of a call.
